It creates the impression that both Ancestry.com and Findmypast.com have designated new Chiefs at about a similar time. The new President of Findmypast.com is Tamsin Todd. She replaces Jay Verkler who was going about as between time President. Jay will now assume control as Administrator of the Board at Findmypast.com. Tamsin Todd's LinkedIn.com posting shows that she has been going about as Chief for about a month.
